Re: GP200 CENTER STAND REMOVAL/ REFITTING.
It could be that the two bits that stick up on the top of your stand (the bits that butt up against your frame strutt) are bent. Iirc these should be inline with the stand legs.

Re: Fitting LTH clutch - order?
Not sure if you know this but if you grind down the outside circumfrence of the socket used to tighten the nut it will fit in and you can remove the clutch like a cassette type should you want to get to gearbox etc and save time on stripping plates out etc.

Re: Lambretta crank
As mentioned it seems to be the copper coloured rods that are the weaker. Think prior to these they were shiney silver rods. Many folk use them including myself (imola) without issue so think you will be fine unless its putting out higher hp/torque figures.

Re: Lambretta crank
The mec crank would be fine and are good value. Got the 60/107 from glasgow lambretta a couple of years ago and used it in an imola with no issues

Have you tried removing the bellows from the carb when this happens to see if it improves

Re: Gear Oil
Use motul 10/30 transoil in my TS1 with cassette clutch but recently changed the standard 4 plate in mates Li and had to use the same oil in this as its all i had available and he needed the scoot. He says it works fine with this oil in and so far hasnt had any drag or slip issues.
