Gearing will depend on pipe used and crank id probably go pinasco.
My m8 ended up using pinasco case and mhr after breaking two casings
To get best from it you need a mate with dyno

Re: Stiff clutch springs
After a thought of using a fishing scale to register tension required to pull clutch lever in here are results, px 125 3kg, std 150 6kg old cables tho, bgm 7kg and springs i use 6kg.
If anyone wants to trial them, ill send you a set foc for some feedback

Re: Stiff clutch springs
I use motor bike springs in many 4 plate clutches from 12 to 30hp + The best bonus is they are light on lever and dont seem to compress over time.
Just fitted into a clutch on mugello rebuild for a chap whos 70 yrs old

Rather than fran race then, go for the fran...

Re: GT200, What exhaust
Ive ran GT200 30 phbh, 60 x 110 crank TT evo pipe for a couple or yrs and find it a good allrounder, power delivery is early and pulls from dumping clutch. Fran race is good pipe but puts power up rev range and still very useable Personally i prefer early power delivery and look of pipe when fitted....

Re: Sip Speedo problems
Correct the black box does convert ac to dc....
Not the best if honest and i usually change system to dc when using sip speedos.
Also check earth tags on speedo unit and look at board in box could be bad soldered joint
