MJ 135 (132 with PJ open 1/4 turn), Pilot 56, X13 (not sure of clip position but w...

Re: Ts1 exhaust
I run a Franspeed Supertourer on myine and goes very well. I didn't go for the TSR as I need to ride 2 up most of the time and my mates one suffers bad ground clearance if 2 up, even when we fitted a longer rear shock we managed to scrape the downpipe on a speed hump with both of on it (12 stone eac...

Re: Twisted crank
The only thing I can think of is that I changed down a bit early and it revved quite high in 2nd, after that it started making a rubbing noise then stopped and wouldn't start again!

Also when i got to take the flywheel off the bolts holding the stator plate on were all loose. I assume this gas happened wh...

Re: 30 mm Dellorto ok for a TS1.
Hi Rich, thanks for the setting info, is this with or without a filter? do you have a hole cut in the side panel? As mine is fitted with one the MB panel filters, I may need to take this off and don't want to cut my side panel either. 148 is a big step up from 135, I currently have a 142 in mine but...

Re: pick and mix TS1
Coaster, I have just built one similar to your spec with a 30PHBH running the following Mj140, P55, AV266, X13 2nd clip, with a MB panel filter, ignition 17 BTDC. what settings is your running? Only covered about 30 miles so far on it. what running regime did you do?

When say Mild tune, what's been done?
