I think its a "SIL" one- considered very good and much better than any "remade" ones.
Not sure as to where the holes should face on each mount- someone who's fitted them may like to add their comments

Finally finished at no expense spared. Bodywork murals by "Stickers R Us (seconds)" which cost in excess of £9. Will be showing it on The Green at this years IOW (form an orderly Q)

Generally 19 BTDC on all my scoots- simply because I tend to err on the side of caution. Not totally convinced as to the "official" reasons ( crap modern petrol etc) for doing this. Bikes idle and run nicely, but I've always got a hankering to advance the timing a tad Chris P.S. All are 6v...

whenever I've rebuilt front ends, I've always fitted thick ones to the top AND the bottom (although this can be a struggle at times). This does appear to give a firmer set up IMO

Looks good- I'd be inclined to get it up and running; check/ replace all the safety related bits and then ride "as is". As Steve says, some resto's can look great but a tad "sterile". Riding "as is" is the way forward IMO but everyone to their own. Still worried why the...

Pete Davies of British Lambretta Archive will do an authentication letter that is accepted by DVLA for dating purposes. Very good service and cheap to. Check his site out:-
