I had a new SIL hub, but no idea where the cone was, so used the old one. When I fit the hub, I reckon the drive shaft as about 1mm lower than the hub. I cannot tighten any more. Is it enough? I'm going to pull off the barrel of my Rapido 225, more for an inspection, but I'll blend in the inlet and exhaust ports while the barrel is off. I think your is a little rich.
I'm running a Rapido 225 with a 30mm PHBH no air filter, under panels, Stealth Exhaust, and I'm on a 120 main and it's a touch on the rich side.

Well, I'd heard about them, knew they are shite.. And I truly did not know I had one on my scoot.. Already lost a stud, and had used a couple of bolts as a get me home.. Heard and felt that 'ticking noise' again.. Loose rims, decided to replace with a spare SIL, and was toying with getting my allege...

a mate of mine has the saigon clutch and uses his every day in traffic and he's had no problems.
