I'm just going to build my top end. I've Yamaha 110 conrod in a standard SIL barrel with a standard size SR piston, I have the 3mm packing plate but the head is not skimmed so to get the squish I may have to put the packing plate on with gasket seal...... Has anyone tried this set up on a SIL barre...

Ask "ketje" on here, he has used the third gear from an sx box with a drilled pacemaker box and has had very good results, still going strong in his TS1.

I had to cut my panel on a series three just to fit the TMX35. On a standard RB manifold the float bowl was touching the panel, Li ser 3 panels. you might get away with it on a series two though.

The race rapido can be very peaky, so i'd stick with 15/46 if you want an all rounder, although if your mate is very light he might get away with 16/46.
