Re: TMX30 - TS1 Help
I have this set-up. I just disconnected the PJ and blocked the tube comming from the bowl with a bolt. I have an airfilter and my jettings are: 22,5 pilot, needle (standard) on second clip, 270 mainjet.

Re: LI pacemaker gears. Early and late.
Well I'm using 2 sets of "the weaker" gearboxes. One in a TS1 230 and one in a Rapido 230...after 4 years now still wainting for them to break
So are these really that weak or are many of them broken because of their popularity in race-scooters?

Re: TS1 - 30mm Carb
I just rebuild my TS1 from a 225 to a 230 using a 60mm crank. I do use a Mikuni 30mm with the pj blocked of and have no issues. I had a TMX35 before and felt no powerloss changing to a 30mm. Also no problems with the std needle. But again, as before with the 35mm, I run with much smaller jets than m...

Re: Why doesn't this work????
I've put in a 58mm crank again and the missfire is gone. It was defenatly a port-timing issue. So, missfire gone, possible to setup the carb now...exept.....a std 200 goes better than mine. Could it be that the transfers are completely out of angle now that it is bored to 71mm? Also, I never have re...

Re: Why doesn't this work????
Complete ignition has been replaced yet with no ressult. Tried richer jetting, pilot, atomiser and needles with no result. Gonna put a 58mm crank in tommorow. Is bored with 0.08mm clearance, my squish is 1,7mm. Didn't check port-timings, it's standard con-rod, timing was checked with a strobe, main ...

Re: pacemaker box
Yes indeed, it works for Vespa's to switch gear-cogs with or two teeth more or less, so why wouldn't it with Lammy's. It worked for me so far.byron wrote:SX200 ~ 37 teeth ?Ketje wrote:I've put a 3rd loose gear from SX200 in my early pacemaker gearbox.
