Bit of old school engine build
Just rebuild my engine. Wanted to do something different after building a Mugello, TS1, RB20, Rapido,....... I was tired building easy of the shelf kits and Eden's 240cc (wich whom I raced early this year ;-) ) inspired me to try this. I took my old casing from the TS1 and mounted an old SX200 cilin...

On mine GP italian handlebars, the nut of the cable that connect it with the speedo hits the forks and doesn't allow the handlebar cover to close completely. I tried 2 units on 4 different Italian Lammy's a...

Re: LAMBRETTA DYNO GRAPH POSTING AREA
Okay, let's post another heavily ported Imola 185 graph.... http://img840.imageshack.us/img840/5527/img1274hj.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us I know, the dyno is probably optimistic, I had my TS1 230cc dyno'd at 26,8 bhp on the same dyno. I guess the TS1 must do somthing like 21 or 22bhp but this le...

Re: Strange Jet 200 cilinder
Don't think that it's a Lambro cilinder. The transfers are the same as the other 200 cilinder that I have.
So,....maybe an update for Sticky's book???

I was looking for an original one but anyway, I bought a new piston and had it rebored. Today I was getting my gaskets togeth...

2-stroke oil.
I don't want to start an other topic about who's running with what type of oil but just to make sure.... Did I read it wrong or does Graham Bell says in his book ( page 166 - ...) that he actually prefers mineral oil rather than synthetic oil in road going engines? If this is really the case why do ...
