Mmm prob tell them most 200 225's badged as 125's are still putting out less than a 125 bike.

Always used inlet gaskets with sealent for belt n braces etc. Dont bother with exhaust gaskets as thats the usual thing to go on exhausts. I just make sure both faces are flat and use a decent sealent. Expect you could do the same with inlet.

Just to update this. I got a length of mig wire from work and ground one end to a point an put a near enough right angled bend about 2cm from end. I could then get it in airway hole in rim (after removing valve) and clear the sealent quite easily.

blocked valve
put some slime in my SIP tubeless rims and tyres a few weeks ago and when i decided to check the pressure in rear today i found the valve was blocked.i even removed the whole valve from the rim and it seems its the passageway through the rim thats blocked. does anyone know of any way to unblock this...

Have a chat with chris sturgess he works closely with darrell. Chris tuned both mine and my mates TS1's and both put out 30bhp with over 22lbft of torque. A real pleasure to ride with a big kick in the ass when you wind them up.

Prob not the cause of your prob but worth a punt. I messed about with clutches for months on my old imola as it either slipped or dragged. Turned out to be the outer cable plastic coating had come off over about a 4-6 inch length and can only assume this allowed the outer to flex as once id fitted a...
