i ran a 24mm pwk oko from scootrs a few years ago,standard 200 top end and a scorpion exhaust,went very well,although fuel consumption wasn't brilliant never had a issue with carb rubber splitting,as they are small and light. with the cheaper copies might be worth checking fuel flow thru the float v...

mb new ignition kit
after another low tension coil failure on a bgm stator this time,am i correct in thinking the new mb kit has its own low tension coil built into the cdi,so you disconnect your stator low tension coil,and use that as back up,and the engine will run with the mb one,
anyone using one,pro's and cons?

Had some sip tubeless rims to fit for a mate
Wound out the existing studs. No problems but couldn’t get the sip studs to wind in measured them with verniers sip measure 10mm on the left hand part the original ones 8.7mm
has he got a oddball hub or are the sip studs wrong

put a post up earlier about high compression on this mugello 186 engine, so finally got to take it apart,so first job i thought would see what squish is,so poked some 3mm solder through the spark plug hole,piston didnt even hit it. engine has a 110 conrod,so you would think it would have a 3mm packe...

hi chaps thanks for the input,kickstart fixed and now running again,but it is on a dellorto 30 phbh and franspeed race,jets are 125 main x7 needle av268 atomiser and 55 pilot,2nd clip from top on needle,the motor seems to be running lean,he had to put choke on to get it to ride back home from a test...
