Re: 2011 onwards PX125 cdi
Yes it's just a straight swap Gadge... stator flywheel and CDI.

Re: Forks
I have a drum on a disc fork and it fits fine. As long as the axle is matched (16 or 20mm).

Re: New pinasco casings
Interesting question! The 150 cases, having the smallest ports, look like they have the most to offer in terms of freedom in positioning the studs. Might be wrong but that's how it looks to me. Can the Pinasco T5 case take a 60mm stroke crank like the 150/200 cases? Wouldn't all the internal casting...

They are usually pretty quick to reply on Facebook, worth asking them.

Re: Malossi 210 exhaust options
Which reed and PWK did you go with? I was given an MMW1. It's out of production now but the reed sits at 45 degrees rather than horizontal... so not quite as straight a run as the later ones. The carb is an OKO I got very cheap. Seems to work well enough but a Keihin is on the list for the future. ...

Re: Exhaust Question Sito Plus/PX200
Get yourself a SIP road. It does everything the Sito does only much better! Fairly well priced as well.

Re: Malossi 210 exhaust options
I'm running a 210 Sport with 60mm crank and SIP road. Tons of torque. Very happy with it.
I did have a 24/24 but recently went reed/PWK. Both setups worked well with the exhaust.

Re: Kitting old 6v Vespa's?
Pinasco do a 3 port cylinder that comes with a base plate to blank off the 3rd port, making them suitable for a 2 port case. Not sure if that is the one Juan, can't see the base.
However I've never heard anyone unhappy with the cast iron kit.

Re: Kitting old 6v Vespa's?
I don't see the correlation between the kit and 6V. If the stator is supplying a decent spark at the right time then it doesn't care what's happening in the cylinder. I reckon you'll be very happy with the extra power you'll get from a Pinasco 177 2 port cast iron cylinder. It really was made for mo...
