hmmmm, been down this route myself previously. One of the big Honda spares dealers does actually have some oversize MTX200 pistons (Honda 205), if I remember correctly about 3 oversizes. I've got one fitted in a S1, so guess the same. No mods neccesary, although have to be honest was a very tight fit, and had to use various bits of rubber covered in washing up liquid to protect paintwork and get it in.
