sounds like it's flooding......is the choke sticking, what size jets, etc

just seen the picture.......have you done a compression test ? could be a leaking seal

Put the battery back on........it acts as a shunt and helps to stabilise voltage

Bad earths would also be worth a shout.

1.00mm will be fine. As said the stranded is easier to work with (more strands the better) and stranded also carries more current than solid.

I suspect a bad earth. i'd be inclined to run a wire from each indicator to a good engine earth (as opposed to the local frame earth) with all 4 indicators on the same earth point. This will eliminate any bad earth points. If all working re-attach one at a time checking each time one is re-connected...

19 might be ok for running round town but if you intend running it for long periods i'd go to 16/17.

Think you can rule the fuel out if there was no spluttering. Looking likely to be electrical, cdi or stator would be my bet.......fair call on the woodruff key though, I've had that happen before.

When you get to your destination, it's nice to talk about the trials, tribulations and discomforts that got you there. The difficulties involved and pride in doing so on a 50 year old shopping machine is what all "classic" scooterists have in common. It's awkward having a pint with someone...

Why have one manager ? maybe a committee that selects the team and the tactics, a fitness team overseeing general fitness, a match day manager, etc.

Sounds complicated but that's how a few other sports work.

The Honda C90 or the "nifty 50" were step through but you never saw them on scooter rallies in the 70's and 80's. The rallies were about Lambrettas and Vespas, and a few oddballs accepted with a wry smile (Heinkles, NSU's etc). Modern "scooters", giving an easy, trouble free ride...
