ok Im a total newbie to scoots, no idea if Im talking tosh BUT... whats the manifold from the barrel to the head made from?? this problem was common on my old brit iron with alloy manifold and polished carb etc, carb was heating up as the engine got warm, the fuel vapourising or changing structure, ...
