Rear Sprocket Lightening
Anyone had a go at this? Difficult to do? Is the whole sprocket hardened? Is it worth it and does it really have any benefits?

I'd check to make sure the edges of the hole are chamfered so they don't catch a ring again 
Double check with AF that it will be OK. If they say it'll be OK, I'd make sure the stud is Loctited in. Sounds a bit iffy, though

Yes, he's still going, but sort of semi retired. What a nice chap. Not like some of the miserable buggers I've spoken to. Just picked up my kit which he rebored and honed and he also put the window in the piston for the boost port. Dropped it of Sat morning and picked up lunchtime today. Lives in Na...

Scooters Rock (aka Kings Lynn scooters) are I believe stockists of ScootRS stuff, although there have been questions raised about their speed of delivery.

Got a 185cc kit that was tuned by Dave Betts (RIP). Had a nip up when the downpipe came adrift at the exhaust port flange (weld cracked and downpipe was found 30 yeards down the road).
