While the jury seems to be still out on the longevity of the BGM pipe, I am sticking with my rather noisy Ancilotti has anyone fitted one of the various mufflers to this type of pipe and if so;
1. Does it have much affect on the noise?
2. Does it affect performance noticeably?

I have had this before but after stripping, and not finding anything wrong it was ok on re-assembly. I was wondering if I need to bend ...

Re: GP gearbox questions
Thanks for the feedback, I have turned the selector arm one spline and all seems well now. Just need a new gear cluster and maybe a replacement for the Innocenti 2nd gear... If anyone has either item surplus to requirements

Re: BGM 225 problems
Thanks yes a bit too far, Lowestoft is only about 60 miles away, ill bear that in mind, what is the business name? I have supplied some set up info to MBD so await their initial feedback first.....I hope it is just the ignition timing that needs sorting out.....fingers crossed

Re: BGM 225 problems
Thanks for the heads up with Agusto unit. I am talking with both kit supplier and the builder to understand what might be the problem. I will need to check the timing if only to rule it out.

Re: BGM 225 problems
Ok thanks for the comments so far.... I tried it yesterday between the rain, without the air filter, no noticeable difference observed. I haven't used the scooter much yet but it feels to have less go at the top end than it did with standard 22mm carb, Ancilloti box, 200cc standard cylinder and mac ...
