I'm no expert but that 120 main sounds way too big, pilot and idle are in the ball park though I think... try a 100? /edit Just found this, dunno what exhaust he had but it may be a starting point? Just had my scoot on Dyno. I thought I'd share my settings for other 25mm users 53 choke 53 pilot AQ26...

Do you really need an inch? The sprung clips seem to come in two different lengths, not much in it but enough to make the difference between my cut panels clipping on or not.

I've been looking for a new quality seat for a while now myself, there are various options. What's actually wrong with the old one? If it's a quality seat then you can get it refoamed for a fiver plus postage and get it recovered for £55 for a basic design and not much more for some trick stuff. If...

I just had a similar problem, redid all earths with no success, finally traced the problem to a poor connection in the switch itself.

A 13 litre tank is handy, it gives me a range of about 150 miles without the risk of having to fill up with dodgy fuel at an unknown petrol station. Well worth having.
