Re: New products and specials in the scooter center
today we had the new Polini 210 barrel dyno tested here at Scooter Center. it was a direct replacement for the standard barrel. with 57 mm crank, SI24 carb and the SIP road exhaust (similar to a Lambretta Clubman exhaust). this really transformed the engine to a better one for nice touring speed and...

Re: End plate problem
that won't work. Even not if the bike is Li 125 standard. Isn't there enough meat around thte hole left to do a Timsert or Helicoil or something like that?

Re: New BGM 12v AC/DC Universal Regulators
better if it came with a matching terminal socket we thought about that. but we found this solution more comfortable. especially when you take the stator plate off. the terminal socket needs to be cutted. we don't give any power outputs for single electrical parts. it depends on too many aspects. c...

Re: BGM Stator Failures
Yes it was interesting but it doesn't seem as if they fully tested the product before they released it. I can't see your point. I have told you how we tested and how the name came up. I have admitted that we are not very happy with the given name that states the power output as well. MB once quoted...

Re: BGM Stator Failures
As I told you, I would like to keep you updated about our bgm stator plate R&D we are doing at the moment. To give you the complete story and share our findings this will be a little bit more comprehensive. First I have to admit that the statement for the HP (=high power) was a little bit optimi...

Re: BGM Stator Failures
hello, the failure rate of the bgm stator is much lower than ian quoted. i think i posted the correct failure quote for mark the last time we had a go on the bgm stators. what i can't understand really is, that there are complains in the forum, but nobody gets direct in touch with us. when you have ...

Re: stator plate conversion to dc with rewound stator plate
hi djb, sorry i don't get this arm chair thing... we have re-tested the high power output stator 2(?) years ago. someone in the lcgb forums had problems powering his additional lights. maybe it was soulsurfer? we had a look if it could caused by the regulator. our test setup was to connect as many b...
