Me either , most of the weight of the frame etc is on the lower bearing which is where an upgrade should be done.

With li type ramps built into the side case the kickstart plunger is already pushed in after assembly , with GP casing using GP endplate as the casing goes on the plunger will hit the lower part of the ramp so you need to move the kickstart shaft round slightly to clear the ramp once on when you let...

Only if you have GP type endplate but then you only need to press kickstart shaft slightly to clear the ramp lower part.

The numbers look raised to me. the way the light highlights them. They look welded on. But i would not of thought it possible to weld that accuratetly. unless someone has braised them on. but if you were taking that much time and effort...you would surely just have stamped them on. Just my thoughts...

I don't think it's raised. But it still doesn't look at all right to me. Look at the two different style 5's for a start. The 5 on the sx150 and the 5 on the rest of the numbers are different , ive just check a li125 and tv175 and they are also different on both frame and engine stampings so looks ...

Frame and engine number style / font and spacing all look correct , the photo of the frame number makes it look raised rather than stamped but i think its just down to the light/photo.
