I have a TS1 240 with a Avanti head and ADS3, fits fine, I also have a TS1 240 with AF Mammoth head and Jolly Moto touring exhaust and again the fit is fine, no clearance problems with either.

Just had this done after wrecking my TS1 barrel.It was Pro Porting Harry B tuned. Sent it of to PJME engineers who sleeved it to the piston I supplied. I was under the impression the Electrex kit gave 4 degree retard as standard and Reedspeed were selling them with programmable CDI to provide more? Glad to hear somenone says they are reliable as I was leaning towards one for a new rebuild soon.

Got MTech fitted on my TS1 230, recently set up at Chiselspeed dyno, setting B, starts first or second kick every time, runs great and pulls like f@@k. Get rid of the gaskets and use ally packer same thickness, neither me or mates use gaskets, ally packers with yammabond sealant or wellseal.

Thanks for replies guys, yeah I always switch all the way fully round to right to fully open. I'm going to change over the taps for my spare see if that makes a difference?
