Re: Powerjet on Dellorto PHBL 25
Thanks for the advice Byron and Rosscla. Soulsurfer, mine is a GT186 too. With a BGM bigbox V2 exhaust and a BGM ignition with a Khepper programmable CDI. I use a standard airbox W/O strangle neck and a BGM metalic air filter. What are your carb settings, please? Thanks again for your replies!

Re: Powerjet on Dellorto PHBL 25
Overrich up to a 1/4th throttle, even with a 50 pilot, but perfect past this point. Wonderful on a higway but awful in the city. I guess that some fuel is outgoing through needle and atomiser,so if I fit a leaner atomiser or needle, I'd like to compensate with a powerjet. Thanks for answering knowle...

Re: HELP! Lambretta Gearbox noise
I've just remembered something that happened to me with an indian crown. The hole where the bronze bush goes had been unproperly machined, so it wasn't perfectly perpendicular to the crown. You could see the whole clutch doing strange movements even turning the engine by hand. The clutch is attached...

Once started check where the noise come from and if you can see something turning unevenly. Only for a short time. I know it sounds strange starting an engine with...

Re: Cush drive bids for freedom!
Had a similar problem after having changed the kickstart shaft. It had like a "nipple" on its inner side that faced the clutch and didn't allow the casing cover to sit properly. Grinded that "nipple" with a dremmel and solved it. It would explain the stiffnes of your kicstart.

Re: Dim headlight at tick over.
Since you are running a battery, you should modificate the stator wiring and go for the wassel conversion. Then run everithing from the battery, even the headlight. Thtat's just what I did on mine, though with a BGM stator. What kind of halogen bulb do you have? More than 35W is useless with your stat...
