Re: Clutch lever conversion

Dt125 00-04 is the one I used.Got the info from here somewhere(do a quick search). E-bay £4.95. Use a good quality nylon lined cable with a thick inner cable and it makes a big difference.Just take your time filing away at your housing to get a decent fit. You'll also need an oversize lever bolt (mb...

Re: Throttle roll off

Thanks for the replies, I'll try the mixture screw and check the manifold rubber later.Don't think it's the reed gaskets as I used sillicone there on the gaskets.

Re: Throttle roll off

Thanks for the replies, it's a mainly standard ts1 kit with tmx35 and devtour. The main is 320, pilot (I think) is 20, slide is 6 and needle is 6en11-57 2nd clip from top.Seems to run ok across the rev range, but I'm trying to run it in.Cable doesn't seem to be kinked and slide appears to shut proper...

Throttle roll off

Apologies if it's in in the wrong section, but I'm sure it's a basic problem. When you shut the throttle and the revs stay high for a short period, then settle down, can anyone tell me the cause? (Tmx 35).Also,can anyone tell me where I can buy an extra spring to fit inside existing carb spring, to h...

tassinari reed valve blowback

Just put a new reed block and manifold on to my engine and noticed that when I turn the engine over by hand, there is a definate blowback of air out of the manifold (with no carb on). Is this normal? It is a new block and reeds.
Thanks.
