Yes matey, the inner tube appears to be around 1.5 mm further in towards the frame due to the way it's moulded.

Hi
I did see on the other forum a comment made that pointing the filter towards the back wheel may not be the best, as the air flow may be effected by the flywheel intake. I'm not sure how reliable the comment is but I would be interested in others comments regarding this.

I'd imagine if it's a drive side oil seal problem you'll be burning gearbox oil resulting in loads of smoke from your exhaust. Any idea what size front sprocket you're using? I use 20 & 21 tooth sprockets and had the same issue using a push up chain adjuster but since fitting a pull down chain ...
