gp kevo, the bulb does come with the sheild and have been very happy with it, very bright (55W). Did replace the rear light, speedo bulb and side light with led bulbs to cut down on watts. The mot bloke did sugest the bulb was up the wrong but they can only go in one way. I think Dapper may be right...

Went to get a MOT on the scooter the weekend. Failed on the number plate (new regs apparently came in 2 months ago) and the headlight. Fitted one of these bulbs last week. fitted a led rear light and also fitted one of beedspeeds led speedo bulbs to try and cut down on power. front disc brake

Can anyone tell me what distance (in mm) the bearing, on the opposite side to the disc, should be pushed into the hub ?

SIL rear brake

My rear brake has always been crap since I got the scoot about a year ago. (SIL 200). Took rear hub off and noticed that the top shoe had no wear on it whatsoever were as the bottom shoe was quite worn. I have made a 6mm thk packing piece up and drilled and taped the shoe itself to screw the packing...
