Hi has anyone fitted a proper type fuel gauge to there camlam fast flow type petrol tap is it possible and does anyone know what ohms they run at, seems the most available universal gauges are 0 ohms full to 180ohms empty I think that's how they work. how can you test the tap to see what ohms it is ...

temperature readings
hi been for a bit of a ride this morning and temperature gauge on the sip speedo with sensor on top of the plug was normal riding with others say 40-50 mph was reading 170-175 degrees Fahrenheit when I ragged it a bit on way home say upto 75mph it was hovering around 200 degrees Fahrenheit does this...

been told that its better to be fused on negative side and to go belt and braces to do both but
the negative needs to be slightly bigger than the positive
I don't know why lol just wondered on size of fuses

hi ive got a 7 amp acid battery fitted and I have got a 7.5amp fuse on positive side and a 10 amp on negative side
does that sound right
