To lay out where to machine/grind I recommend liberally applying an indelible marker to the surface and scribing your line using a gasket as a template. It works for me.

Let me just see if I got this straight. You made a 3 pot caliper out of a 6 pot? Very clever. What was the donor? And if I may, was there any tricky bit or was it fairly straight forward?

The super fork just needs a new back plate, brake shoes and hub to convert to 10". No need to swap out the whole fork.

Check yr clutch gearing. Iirc the new Px's come with a 20 tooth clutch and that set up should easily pull a 22. That should help.

That's great! Thanks for the schematic. I've purchased what I was told was a "DC" switch but I'd be hard pressed to tell you what the difference is Btwn that and the AC switch I already have. Pepot, you basically confirmed that I need to keep looking. And then I found this, http://beedspee...
