What is the main cause of 4 stroking at very light throttle,i am using a muggy 186,delly phbh 26mm ,ancillotti pipe ,elcctronic kit, any ideads where i can start ,even if i can reduce it a bit would be a start it is driving me mad ,she goes ok ,starts good ,just this 4 stroking problem. Thinking of getting a Ram filter to go on my 26mm phbh,before i spend Â£40.00 on a bit of foam n rubber ,are they really any good,anybody using them?.

Just got my new delly 26phbh,there is a brass sort of plate that fits on the bit where the atomiser screws into ,it covers the pilot jet,so had to lever it off to change the pilot,it has some holes ,what does it do?.
