Just picked up a li125 3,the frame has a peice missing on the channel where the panel rubber fits in line with the rear frame badge,it looks like it might have rusted away ,the rest of the frame is good .Is this a simple repair ,anybody had any luck with this sort of repair?

Cant understand this ,swapped both bearings & fitted then in my spare 125 case ,the bearing outside track is the same very slightly raised towards the rear top ,also inside the case if i run my finger along the outside i can feel it slightly raised ,it is tapped in as far as it will go :( Cheers...

Hi Chris ,if you look down at it it is very slighly raised ,i heated the case it has gone in as far as it wil go,so when the plate goes over studs it is very slightly raised .

Sorry what i mean is as it sits in the case it is very slightly lower on one side ,very slight,it is in as far as it will go

Just fitted a new rear hub bearing li 3 ,i heated the case hot air gun ,bearing gently tapped home ,problem is the bearing is very slighly raised ,not quite even,the case is free of burrs ,possible bearing machined wrong??

Hi i am running Muggy 186,delly 26phbh ,engine runs nice ,but when shutting down from a run it wont return to idle instantly ,takes a few moments to come down to idle ,could it be a weak slide,any idea's please???.
