Yes, it's the same as the AF road/race cassette clutch. Dab of loctite on the threads.

Can't see the point in having two stands !! If you fit a side stand, you will need to weld in a strengthening bar between the struts on the outside edge to prevent distortion. One goes to earth, the other to your points. Doesn't matter which one goes where. If the wires are long enough, best to mount outside flywheel for ease of changing in future if required.

I had a similar problem and found that the christmas tree was too tall, stopping the centre button from moving inwards at all. Changed Xmas tree and all fine.

Check the tip of the float needle valve. If its a black tipped one change for a new red tipped one as they are resistant to ethanol in petrol.
