Stainless v Mild Steel Exhausts
I have a question that I would like to ask if I may, as I'm looking to get a new pipe this spring. Will there be, or is there any measurable difference in performance terms, when mounted on the same 2 stroke motor, two of the same exhausts design, one made of stainless steel & the other made of ...

Re: Mugello 225 vs RT225
Why not a GT200, if I was on the market I'd seriously consider it, lots of room to grow also.

Re: Gp 150 piston/cylinder clearance.
If you half the piston diameter and use this a guide you wont be too far out. i,e:
225; 70mm /2 = 35mm so use 3.5 thou
200; 66mm /2 =33mm so use 3.3 thou
150; 57mm /2 = 28.5mm so use 0.28 thou
etc, etc.

Re: Water in my exhaust after a decoke
Fit it and start it, the water won't be around for long.
If bothered about the above stick a hairdryer up it.

Re: bgm pwk 28
I'm guessing it's open mouthed, so something like: Pilot 38, main 125, JJH second clip, Air Screw 1 turn out, this will not be a million miles away.

Re: Rapido 225/PWK 28/30
I have a similar top end & carb, but Rapido Race version & no filter, but it looks about spot on to me, perhaps a tad rich with the remote filter. Don't forget to get the float height as high as possible and grind off the small float stops inside the bottom of the bowl, otherwise starvation ...
