Cheers Rich, it's got the innocenti stamp then 22/0/2193** then an IGM number so think it's definitely Italian?

I've got a GP and the frame number is 22/0 and the following number suggests it's 1970/1971 but the registration is X reg 1982. Why would this happen and is there a way of getting an age appropriate plate for it? Thanks.

Can any one give me a quick step by step on how to set up the carb from scratch (how many airscrew turns etc). Thanks.

Vespa Air Filter?
The air filter below is off of a 24mm standard carb on a PX200 engine I've got. Should it have holes all the way through the "heart" shape bit at the bottom left or should this be blanked off as it is? I think there's 2 different types of filters and not sure I've got the correct one? Chee...
