Don't worry its not bad luck just bad design.(exhaust port) the original drawings set the bridges at 4mm min wide, but they were cast much thinner. This is a trade secret which i think we should all know about. Why do you think the RB20 is a real good kit(no bridges)

Jimmers/taffspeed reed inlet manifold

From the ones i measured before makeing any, all are simular as to the angle / outer face pos. The champher is to aid the mounts over them on assembly. as the early ones are so easy to knock out on assembly, must have been a sod on the production line hence the mod. are you sure the cone faces in th...

I have not had an issue with my offset cones(but if you have then i can sort it) mine are done on a cnc lathe and checked for size every 10 to keep identical. some others i have seen are a bit rough to say the least. i sell under the name big-bad-barry.
