Thanks guys. I not had time to ring yet, been busy fitting laminate flooring :\.
Cost of a Conrod kit appears to be more than a new MEC crank.
I will ring and see what they say.

I bought a sil gp 200 crank off fleabag 5 years or so ago.
I want to eventually rebuild my li150 s2 and make it 175 or 185.
Should I ditch the crank? Get a new big end and conrod or buy a crank.
If replacing con rod do you have any recommendations as to what size or who does it and cost?
