Stick it on ebay with plenty of pictures...the market will dictate the price you get for it (E £1000 - £1500)....at least you wont get robbed by somebody offering to do you a favour by taking it off your hands..

I have just had a similar situation, DVLA where no help so I took the frame into the local Police station and they ran the frame numbers through their system...

Change the pilot jet if the mixture screw is having no effect on the tick over/idle, bogging at full throttle and not clearing, sounds like your running too rich/big on the main jet, shouldn't be cutting out unless your not getting enough fuel through the carb, you might need to fit a fuel pump or m...
