71mm revtour piston(ts1 windows) classic rapido barrel, 60mm mec crank, Mikuni TM24 + ram air filter in toolbox, LTH German reed manifold. indian ign +vespa black box and coil.strobed at 2mm btdc.(18 degs) runs Li125 19x47 set up. Interesting work John. What's the advantage of a plenium chamber like that? On a slightly related note your TM24 carb, would that be the same as the 24mm BGM carb? I only ask because I'm going to need a hose to fit on one at some point. Will the standard 22mm hose do the trick? Hose should fit i th...

I have been trying out many air filter set ups and this is my final air filter set up after loads of testing this works best and will be used on the XL with its 238cc reed rapido top end. The manifold shown is our take on the 1980's taffspeed casting box Ian lent us. I used Yamaha RD reed blocks so should be easy to get any number of differant types for the reeds. If the opening is square they are RD250 reeds, larger oblong then RD350 and TSI size then YPVS . there where only 20 cast...
