What port timings does the 62 crank give you? Work from there I suppose. Rev-tour? Characteristics?

There was an issue with the 64mm piston, highlighted by MB I believe. I still managed to run a tuned SR186 on its original piston for thousands of miles. It's still running strong with only a small rattle at idle (not even sure it's there) Because of this I fitted 66mm SR pistons to a couple of 200 ...

There should be an "all of the above" option.
I've used two SR pistons and both have been fine, I liked the drawn wire rings most of all. Would also rate the mahle 2ring.

Make sure you just don't need to file a bit off your brake lever where it pushes on the master cylinder piston. saw a few ScootRS brake set ups that once assembled were pushing on this causing the brake to bind a bit.

+1 on the deanspeed piston. 64mm and will slot straight in (check the clearance of course).
