Did you know the word "RAMP" when translated to dutch means "Disaster"?
I've seen good and bad UNI hubs but SIL are my prefered type, you can still get an oval one but most are good.

Check the flow of petrol through the carb with the float bowl removed. Sounds like the problem. Check the float is free to move full up and down on its pin, check the float needle.

Horn cover restorer?
I've an original dl125 horncover that needs all the threads stud extracted and re-tapped. Is there someone who specialises in this type of work?

I would agree that an X7 on the second weakest position and an AV266 will probably be a better starting point but also check that your choke plunger is seated correctly first. This can play havoc with the way your bike feels even if its only raised by a fraction of a mm!!

Yes we all need a holiday but I've also now got a major issue with my 3 month old franspeed super tourer that's cost my sale of scoot yesterday it snapped in two places . One complete through on end can support bracket , two on slip joint weld :cry: :cry: :cry: I was delivering it to buyer only 25 ...

I think Oz who has a TS1 on T5 casings has strengthened that area with and extra bolt on the clutch cover. one either side of the primary axle, for more strength. An idea?
