I just run mine around the block and get the cylinder head hot. and let it go cold. Do the same again,when the cylinder head goes cold I then re-torque the cylinder head nuts,thats it.

My series2 cost nothing to paint it was painted by a good friend,however I prepared all the panels myself.And the paint was got from Leeds by another good friend(it pays to be in a good scooter club )

Hi.I used "The complete spanners manual" (orange manual) for information on Sil two hole silent blocks. The "Vulcan"brand Indian 2-hole engine mounts have softer construction.Sil fitted these with holes facing forward so that the kickstart side is at 2 and 4 o'clock and the flyw...

Flywheel side,holes fitted at 8 o'clock,and 10 o'clock.The kickstart side,10 o'clock and 1 o'clock.

16 stone is 101.60kg.I have a series3 with a big block motor,it has a 210 top end.This is exactly the same as the Casa 185.This is discontinued though.

I've got a Casa 185 on a series 2 and it is almost impossible to kickstart it.(the kickstart lever wont move unless you put all your weight(I weigh 16 stone) on it.)The gearbox is an Italian Li 150 with 16x46 sprockets.
