would have been nice if they were, authenticity and all that. There's a guy in Loughborough who has the correct oilers and a means of swaging them on, Jay Marriott of Vespa and Lambretta works.

Re: Cable kits

I got a set of grey Scootopia ones, great quality but unfortunately they are completely the wrong colour and the oilers are fake. The Beedspeed ones are the right colour but have no Oilers and the rear brake cable is about half the thickness of the Scootopia one. I ended up getting a Beedspeed front...

Re: Dellortos carbs

Cheers guys, ordered the Scootopia 22mm this afternoon so should (fingers crossed) be up and running for Saturday. Every time I changed jets in the SH1/18 I noticed a very fine black powdery sludge in the float bowl so this evening I've had the tank out, hand full of gravel bit of fairy liquid and g...

Dellortos carbs

Just weighing up my options regards replacing my SH1/18 carb on my 175 stage 4 iron barrel with Scootopia clubman, will probably go the Scootopia 22mm remade route but looking at the other Dellortos that are available PHBH & PHBL what's the difference between the two? and is one better than the ...

Re: fuel gauge

I like the look of the ones that just replace your existing fuel cap, no wiring and no fuss only problem is there a bit costly on eBay, there's someone else selling them on line slightly cheaper but as of yet I'm still waiting for a reply to the email I sent him last week.

Think they state on There site that they're not suitable for certain engine specs, if yours is one that's listed you won't have a leg to stand on.

Re: More s**t parts.

You must have shrunk um by boiling. Best way to fit them I found was to spray the inside with women's hair spray then they slip on and when the hair spray dries they stick like glue. I've not fitted or put the throttle side in boiling water and it's still too short. It's still the same size as the ...
