Had same symptoms on a vespa, 2 new sets of clutch plates all soaked over 24hrs only to find the crank was rubbing on casing causing it to cut out when put in gear. Hope it's not that and just a clutch problem. :roll: Thats what happens when you take a hammer to the crank to try and get a sheared wo...

This the carbon fibre 250 or the new type 300 fibre glass ones :?: If it's the 250 can you see if you can find out when they plan to realease the 300's when you collect yours. Dying to get my hands on one. :fb:

Looks like a lot of swarf, around the bearing make sure you wash it all out thoroughly. Looks good otherwise. :D

I have same setup, I run with a metal packer plate at the bottom rather than the card type.I changed cosa clutch back to 7 pot standard though. I have also drilled out the petrol tap for better fuel delivery. I also run it with an Agusto 7000 and this has made a big difference, much smoother accros...
