My p200 was doing the exact same thing. Turned to be the fly wheel side bearing seal was leaking letting air in.

Re: P200e running issues when engine hot!
Thanks for reply Shaun. Air leak is on my 'suspect' list, but not sure why symptoms would only manifest themselves when engine is hot! Guess I am going to have to just check each possible component to eliminate! Read on various threads that CDI may be a culprit, so may buy a cheapo replacement just...

Re: P200e running issues when engine hot!
Initial thought would be that you have an air leak somewhere, however check that the throttle cable, slide is returning fully first as this would also cause your increase in revs. If all well, if start with the easy checks, carb and box gaskets, cylinder head and flywheel side seal. Re: Pros and cons of a 22 tooth primary on a kitted P125?
I run a 22 on a standard 150 without issue, still pulls well up hills and into headwinds. Sito+ exhaust so lower torque curve helps.
Also run a BGM 177 with 23\68 gearing which is a fantastic cruiser without loosing too much low to mid range.
Hope it helos

Re: 100/90 Tyre
Rubs on clutch cover with a Conti scootsmart even with two washers spacing the hub out from the rim. Much better fitting 100/90 on a standard PX rim. Two spacer washers and no clearance issues. I'm assuming different tyres will be slightly different.

Re: Lml side panels
I've never had an issue mixing and matching LML and Vespa. Occasionally the rear pins are welded in slightly different places so the rear sits slightly differently.
