Id forgotten to update this thread :( Its all done and on the road . I was planning to put my RB250 engine out of my other scoot, but holed the piston on the way to llandudno :( , so plan b, its now a TS1 230 :) Ive done three rallies on it now, this pic is this weekend , just setting off for Warsop...

Yes (almost ) anything is repairable.
You need a competent welder , I had two headsets where the gearchange side has been completely snapped off , both welded back together , boyh been good for a few years now .

Racing planet for koso/stage 6 parts and many other auto parts ( I would genuinely use these guys for everything if they stocked it ) just googled them :D 3 minutes down the road from me :D ..mainly auto stuff :( ..but tyres look a good price, and a few other bits i can find uses for :D Cant believ...

Im a big fan of the Indian GP200 box , small gap between 3rd and 4th ratios (unlike the Italian GP200 box) and with a JL4 with its revvy narrow power band you'll need it
