I am thinking about changing the piston rings in my 200 cylinder
Would there be a period of running in again with new rings, or is that just a case of new piston and rings that need running in

I have just had a look in the petrol tank of a new project I have got and it has quite a lot of surface rust. What would be the best way to get rid of this , is there some sort of chemical solution you can put in to remove it, don't want to coat it or anything like that.

I spoke to MB the other day and they said that their clubman would be available from 18th March ?

I know what your saying but the cost of buying the motor, plus then doing everything to it, don't know
Surly you could do everything to a VBB engine that you could to a px, or am I being deluded

I have just bought a VBB with standard 150 engine. Only had chance to kick it over and seems to run fine. I'm thinking of upping the power by kitting it, I believe Pinasco do a 2port 177 kit, also upgrade the carb to 24 and upgrade exhaust, change bearings and seals. My dilemma is would it be worth ...

I have read the last few pages , yes, I am fully aware that Ron has been ill, but seeing as he has come onto the forum to say they will be available 'soon' , in his own words I was just enquiring when.
I do hope as well as everyone else that Ron is feeling better, just enquiring ffs
