Re: Side panel flashes
No. Admittedly it was removing them from a panel, but it should not have been beyond the wit of man to get them off with the minimum of damage. One flash has broken in half and the metal itself is of very poor quality. They are binned anyway. I just wondered if there was anybody else that made a dec...

Side panel flashes
Who makes the best flashes for the side panels? I've just thrown away a set of Casa ones. They snapped owing to the terrible quality of the metal used.

Christmas Trees
Is there a difference between the Xmas tree on an Italian SX200 gearbox and that on a Spanish Jet200? Or to put it another way, can I use a Spanish one in an Italian engine?

Re: Tank Sealer WARNING!!!!
You should take it up with the manufacturers I think. Sounds very dodgy to me.

How can they be back if they have ceased trading? I'm officially confused now.

Re: Innocenti GP sidepanel plastic "vents"
I'm not sure I've ever seen an original pair, but I have this mental image of them being quite clean moulding wise. Re: Chopping and changing an SX200 gearbox
That's good to know. Hopefully it will work then. All I've got to do in that case is find an Italian gear selector.

Chopping and changing an SX200 gearbox
I have a Spanish Jet200 gearbox and what I would like to know is if I can use an Italian Xmas tree with the hole in the shaft without any difficulty? I know I could use a GP type clutch, but I don't particularly want to complicate things any further. I only ask because I know that it is not possible...

Extended Engine Mounts
You know the ones. It's an old trick, welding two mounts together to provide additional support on the engine side. They are remade now, courtesy of AF Rayspeed I believe, and I've got a set fitted to an engine of mine. Trouble is it's in dock at the moment while my scooter is undergoing a winter re...

Re: Gp / Dl 200 Disc hubs
Can't help a great deal, but I think I'm correct in saying that the GP hubs had the location for the grease nipple blanked off. The C may well refer to Campagnola, who were the original manufacturers of the disc brake.
