If we assume that the exhaust port is a nice oval shape and at a diameter of approx 0.62% of the bore, then in my opinion none are ideal. Option A could use the exhaust port raising 2mm. From what I have seen the Adspeed, ADS3 will fit the bill very nicely.

Great bit of work ,very informative, just out of interest would it be rude to ask the port timings of this TS1.
Also based with this info what would you say the ideal port timings are that would suit each pipe.

Thanks for all the input. Its a Ali 225 kit that has been cleaned up and ported by M Abbey with a 70mm Asso piston and rings fitted. AF head with 1.2mm squish. Open mouth PWK 28mm, jets are 128, 40, JJH middle clip, this does sit under a full panel so heat could be a factor but I find it still drops...

Looks a good bit of kit to me, price quite reasonable considering all the piece parts.
It would benefit even more with some boost ports cut into the liner feed form the inlet then it would be almost perfect.

The Piston looks good and should suite the reed block well.
I'd speak to Mick Abbey tell him what you want form the kit and get him to blend it all for you with the possibility of some extra boost ports cut into liner and I'm sure you will not be disappointed with the results or the level of service.
