Re: GT200, What exhaust

Thanks for all the reply's. I understand that it is a difficult question since there's rarely one person that tried all back to back. The GT200 manual is great, so is the service and advice from Rich. I put the question here to receive real life experiences and I think that I've achieved that goal. ...

Re: Rayspeed 6 plate clutch

Had the same x-mass tree issue. Both on my sil gp200 gearbox and my innocents pacemaker gearbox so I had to shim the sprocket 1.8mm instead of 1,2 that I originally had measured it to.

You want the tyres to warm up fairly quick and stay warm. Since we are on the road and not a circuit keeping tyres ...

Test with the throttle wide open and kick a couple of times to get a good reading.

Re: Suzuki 190 set up ?

Mine runs LI 150 16/46 with a final drive ratio 4.9. Full length TV barrel, 115mm conrod. Have run it with an MB Rev-Tour, RS44 Clubman and now a MSC Micron, porting is quite restrained but not had any trouble with flat spots or not pulling in gears. Great engine that sits comfortably with TS's in r...
