I currently have an ADS3 on a Monza 225, running 4.6 (16-46 + SX200 gearbox) and easily pull top gear. I was actually thinking about raising to 4.4!
I was just wondering whether a Franspeed Supertourer would pull my current gearing and get a higher top speed...

Re: AF Lightened flywheel
What material is this made from? Plastic or some type of foam? I assume this sticks to the inside of the cowl with glue or some sort of adhesive?

AF Lightened flywheel
What do people use to bridge/stuff the gap between an AF Lightened flywheel and the flywheel shroud?
Or do you just trim down the flywheel shroud so it sits deeper and untill it's close enough to the flywheel?

Re: cutting reed windows
How important is the size of the piston windows?
How much improvement is found when maximizing the size versus keeping the hole smaller so not to compromize the skirt strength?

Re: Base gaskets
Engine is a Monza 225 barrel, with 71mm Wiseco Kawasaki 440 Jetski piston and 58/116 crank. The longer rod + piston configuration requires to move the barrel about a bit to get everything to line up...

Base gaskets
Need to get my base gasket to 5,5mm thickness to get my squish set correctly.
Couldn't find a 5,5mm gasket and ended up with a 4mm, 1mm and a 0,5mm.
Do I add sealant beween the gaskets of just fit them 'dry'...?

Re: R1/R6 shocker?
Small issue to look out for with these R1/6 shocks that I noticed: The 180-200lbs 'Demon Tweaks' replacement springs are a little wider in inner diameter than the original Yamahe spring on the shock, so there is some play between the spring and the upper & bottom spacers where the spring rests. ...
