Reed valve position
I've replaced the air intake manifold (Imola) but the reed valve on the original manifold was sat in a recess, how critical is the position because on the new manifold it has about 5mm play eaither way, so viewed from the side 5mm left to right.

Putting back together after some paint work, I've wired everything up but I've a red wire, not the head light one but from the main harness that I am not sure where it goes (early Indian GP150 no battery) I've looked at the wiring diagram in Sticky's but can't fathom. Any ideas?

Re: Crown Wheel
ok sorry the questions I was asking is I'm changing the crown wheel for one that's machined for the lugs on the clutch should I fit a normal one that's machined or a lightened one that's machined and what difference will the lightened one make on current set up if any.
Cheers

Re: Crown Wheel
I thought if the crown wheel is machined for the lugs on the clutch it gives it more room for the clutch to release.

clutch drag
I'm running an Imola and getting a bit of clutch drag, I fitted a five plate clutch, upgraded springs with the standard clutch bell. Not sure if to just add a centre spring or change to a deeper clutch bell if I change to a deeper clutch bell what else do I need to change.
