Re: Mag flange all the same?

I had to do quite a bit of butchery to my S3 cowl to get it to fit right. Will get some pics when I'm at the workshop tomorrow. Cowl and mag flange are original...

I ask as I have a S3 mag cowl with the rubber grommets and to get all the bolt holes lined up It leaves quite a big gap where it meets the cylinder cowl as the rear of...

Re: Tv175 battery to wassel full dc wiring help.
All working many thanks, but had a weird situation with the rear light assy. It has 4 connectors 2x marked M, 1x stop and the tail. M is the earth but I found there wasn't an electrical connection between the terminal and the reflector/bulb holder despite being riveted together. I made a solder join...

Tv175 battery to wassel full dc wiring help.
Hi all, Changed over from the original points to a full dc wassel set up. I'm struggling with the connections in the headlight and after some assistance. I have the casa ignition switch without the park light option and using the MB universal loom. I have a few wires left that I am unsure of, any id...

Re: Uni rear hub cone
Cheers, mine is about the same. I would have expected the shaft to be flush tbh. The hub has a chamfer so no issues with tightening etc. Oh well more Italian oddityMuppet wrote:uni hub Italian layshaft splines are 4mm inside the keyways with uni hub tightened @120 ftlb
