Re: PX Rear Indicators

Ok so it's an AC system. If the headset indicator is pulsing and not actually turning off, but the front indicators flash at normal speed, when the fault exists, then I'd expect the fault to be either: A poor connection on the red, between the relay and the junction block or poor contacts within the...

Re: PX Rear Indicators

Can you check this to be sure?
On a DC system the "headset indicator" gets its power at the same time as the others, so if the headset one was flashing at a rapid rate, I'd expect the main front ones to be doing the same.

Re: PX Rear Indicators

Re: DC System and sip speedo issues

regulator was bought from MB scooters , so hope was genuine . I see he advertises them as Wassel/podronics/BGM/scootronics! So you'll have to ask him which one it is, as it can only be one of them. If it is the type with one yellow cut off it's probably the 3 phase one repackaged as BGM. For good b...

Re: DC System and sip speedo issues

Yes, 17.9v will damage the battery, looks like you have a dodgy rectifier. Was it a genuine Wassel?
To test the battery, hook up your voltmeter to the battery, switch on the lights and hit the brake light and see what effect this has on the battery voltage.

Re: Baffled x2

Is there a way to light up the flasher warning by earthing something like how you test the fuel sender? Thanks again Tony Sorry for late reply, been on holiday. If you remove the red wire from the indicator relay and earth it, the indicator in the speedo should light (indicators do not need to be s...
